Compart Duroc™ hogs are bred, born and raised on small farms where family members are involved in the day-to-day management of their stock. Compart has perfected a proprietary all natural feed and feeding program designed to produce the best flavor possible. Our pork is bright reddish pink in color and contains a higher percentage of marbling and a higher pH, yielding mouthwatering, rich flavored pork, with superior tenderness and natural juiciness. Never injected or pumped with additives, this a tender, flavorful dining experience that will impress!

Fieldale Farms

Fieldale Farms is the first poultry farm in the world to be certified by the American Humane Association (AHA), and maintains regular verification of this status by independent, third-party audits. Utilizing all natural feed, they strictly control the diets of their animals. Antibiotics are never introduced, even in the early days of the animal's life. Additionally, all soil, water and feed are tested regularly in their onsite USDA certified laboratory for contaminants and pesticides to ensure no outside substances are accidentally introduced to their flocks. All of these efforts result in a better-than-organic level of quality that our customers love.

Amy's Kitchen started with a simple idea: provide delectable, affordable, "free-from" food for families like yours. Each entree, appetizer, and side dish is carefully crafted by Executive Chef Bryan Wyatt to maximize flavor and freshness. No preservatives are ever added. Our team hand-cracks every egg, stirs every bowl, and carefully seasons every recipe, for a "homemade" meal without all of the effort. Be sure to ask about our new, seasonal, and gluten-sensitive selections.
